Avia’s Spooktacular Trick or Treating Event

When: Wednesday, October 31st
Time: 4:30 – 7:00 pm

Join us in a community Halloween celebration! Help us make this a great holiday for the kids in the community by signing up to pass out candy. Our office will be participating by having a candy stop and a costume contest with prizes! Keep an eye out for an email with additional details and instructions.

Fall Harvest Cider Tasting

When: Thursday, October 11th

As the summer ends we are getting excited about fall weather and can’t wait to celebrate with you! What better way to kick off the fall season than with a local cider tasting? We’ll have several different ciders showcasing fall harvest flavors paired with autumn-themed snacks. We look forward to seeing you there!

Avia’s Annual Pool Party!

Join us at the big pool to celebrate summer! We will be grilling lunch and serving snacks and beverages. We will have music, games, a raffle, and some of our Avia Perks Members out for the day passing out goodies.

Father’s Day Appreciation Brunch

We would like to take a moment to appreciate all of the awesome dads in our community and everyone is invited! Stop by the leasing office to enjoy a Father’s Day Appreciation brunch featuring catering by Chick-fil-A and fresh made Bloody Marys. Every dad that stops by will be entered into our gift card raffle!

Mother’s Day Appreciation Brunch

Join us in celebrating the wonderful mothers of this community! Enjoy a delicious breakfast sponsored by our newest Club Avia Perks Member, Rise Biscuits Donuts. Their amazing biscuits and donuts will pair nicely with a Mimosa and flowers, a thank you from us to you!

Blood Drive with Virginia Blood Services

Date: Tuesday, May 8th
Time: 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Location: VBS bloodmobile, parking lot beside the leasing office

Help us support the community by making a donation. Blood donors save the lives of many and our local hospitals are always in need. Be a hero and then enjoy pizza and desserts on us! Every donation counts!

Mead Tasting

Let’s show our appreciation for Virginia’s bee’s! Mead is a delicious, flavorful beverage made from honey. Join us to sample a variety of meads from local meaderies along with food pairings.

Egg Hunt & Spring Celebration

In celebration of Spring, we held a children’s egg hunt with lots of fun prizes! We took it outside and enjoy edthe weather with fresh, spring-themed snacks and beverages.

Ginger Juice Tasting

Ginger Juice is our newest Club Avia Perks Member! We welcomed them to the neighborhood to sample their organic, healthy, and delicious juices!

St. Patrick’s Day Celebration

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with us! This event will be featuring a “Taste of Ireland” hors d’oeuvres and beverage bar and lots of green treats for everyone to enjoy!

Legend Brewing Company Beer Tasting

Date: Thursday, March 1st
Time: 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

We gathered to sample a variety of delicious beers from one of Richmond’s best, and oldest, craft breweries. We had a range of beer styles and seasonal brews along with appetizer pairings, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Valentine’s Day Dessert & Drinks

Date: February 12, 2018
Time: 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Avia had a delicious dessert bar featuring cupcakes, macaroons, brownies, fruit, and more!

Our featured cocktail for this event was a perfectly pink and bubbly Raspberry Sparkler! We also had beer, wine, and non alcoholic beverages.

We gave out 50 beautiful red roses to show our appreciation for our residents. Each resident that got a rose was entered in a raffle for a gift card to The Pub at Wegman’s. They were given out on a first come, first serve basis.

We also had a variety of treats for your furry four-legged valentine!

Bourbon & Barbecue

Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Team Avia celebrated Breast Cancer Awareness Month with pink treats in our leasing office for all residents! We also provided ribbons for any resident who wanted to show their support for Breast Cancer Awareness and Research.
